My weigh in is wednesdays, right in the middle of the week, time to recover if you have a bad weekend.
I'm pleased to say i lost this week, 1 and 1/5 off - not sure how as i thought i had a really bad week, and when i say really I mean reeeeaaallly. BUT lesson learnt, i made the mistake of not tracking, stupid as i know it works. the simple things do we just sometimes think we dont need it.
because i didnt track i assumed i had been bad, typical thoughts of "i must have put on I ate take away at the weekend " or " that share bag of maltesers will have blown all my propoints" - well obviously not. if i had wrote it down then maybe i would have realised that i was able to have them, after all thats what the 49 weeklies are for.
So Journal at the ready - which i must say im liking the new layout. room to plan your week, set yourself a couple of task to move more and a before and after picture space. ( mental note to take such a picture - not looking forward to that )
Discussed how to avoid snacking when TV is on at the meeting - writing my blog is my new tool to try and avoid those mindless wanderings into the kitchen during the adverts, or while the footy is on. you know what i mean, the ones where you eat the chocolate hobnob and before you leave the kitchen its gone so you grab another just for the wander back to your seat.
to wrap up - 1.5lb off this week, thats 7lb so far
next week to plan so im off for tonight
