I decided that hearing biscuits or any other type of food talking to you is a sure sign your "Losing your Marbles" My boss, also thinks i am losing my marbles as i moved the biscuits out of sight, telling him it was because they were talking to me haha ( its ok tho, my boss is also my husband )
I then added a little note to my monitor to remind me of what I am doing :

I think visual aids can help motivate you to stay on track and get to your goal, whether it be silver 7's on your weight card, a graph in your journal or in my case Marbles.
I have decided to have a marbel for every lb i need to lose to get to goal, which for me is 96 in total. I am keeping them in jars and as i lose them i will move them over.
Well i seem to have a little way to go lol, better keep on plan, I will add another photo, maybe in line with the WW Journal, so every 12 weeks.
