Fanta Chicken
2 chicken breasts – cut into strips (I used 225g)
330mls of fanta zero
400g tinned tomato's...
1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
1 chopped onion
1 Garlic Clove
1 Vegetable oxo cube or chicken oxo cube
1 Tsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of sweetener
Shake of dried chilli
Mixed Coloured Peppers
Fresh Pineapple
1) brown off chicken then add onion & Garlic and brown off
2) Add the fanta zero, Tomato's, Tom Puree, oxo cube, Soy sauce, vinegar, sweetener and chilli
3) Add any stir fry veg (ie red peppers)
4) Let it simmer for 20 mins, if its too runny after that time, remove the lid and turn it up abit, the liquid will then reduce
5) Once cooked add some fresh pineapple chunks
This is 3pp a serving or 7pp for whole thing making it the way ive made it eg same amount of chicken.

Diet Coke Chicken
Diet Coke Chicken was really nice and i will be making it again.
fry peppers, onion, garlic in a pan with frylight. add chicken til cooked through.
Mix a can of diet coke, 1 tablespoon of worcester sauce, 6 tablespoon of passatta in a jug then add to pan.
Simmer until sauce thickened and reduced down.
Great filling and healthy recipe or point it with however many pp of chicken you want to add. i had 3pp.
The rice was 4pp for half the packet.

Mini Crustless Quiches
Red Onion in small pieces 0pp
100g ww grated cheese 5pp
2 eggs & 1 egg white mixed with 1/4 pint of skimmed milk 5pp.
Bacon & onion fried in fry light, then put a little in each bun case.
Add the egg mixture and a little cheese into each one.
I made 12 so each quiche was 1pp.
