Fat Friday ........

One of the thinks I love about WW and the reason i think it works for me is the freedom to have whatever you want, in moderation of course.

Fridays, rightly or wrongly are fat friday, or McDonalds Friday.  Lunch on friday more than not is McDonalds, Why you may wonder, well because the cupboards are getting bare, ready for the weekend shop, so its grab as you go and i work a stone throw away from the Big M sign.

Not much in there is low in pp but i believe that aslong as i count the points and fit it in then why not.  I do try and stick to small fries and a McChicken Sandwich , total of 16 for the meal, which is no different to an evening meal.  i just swap my meals around and have a smaller meal on the night time.

I sometimes wish i was one of those people that were always so driven and focused with nothing but will power, but nope, not me i am full of drive and determination to get there, and this time, more than ever know i will. 

"a little of what you fancy does you good " or so the saying goes, so why not.

Thank you Weight Watchers for the flexability of letting me have what everyone else does - love it.
